1. Our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be confident in Repurai before you commit to it. If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription purchase, contact us within 7 days of that purchase and we will refund it in full, with no explanation required. This applies to the Starter, Pro, and Business plans.
2. What Is Covered
In more detail:
- Your first paid subscription purchase on an account is refundable in full within 7 days of the charge.
- Renewal charges after that first period are not automatically refundable, because you can cancel at any time before a renewal date to prevent the charge.
- If you move to a different plan, the first charge for that plan is covered by the same 7-day guarantee.
- If we cancel or terminate your account without cause, we refund the unused portion of the period you have paid for.
- If you are charged in error, through a duplicate transaction or a billing fault on our side, we refund it in full whenever you report it.
3. Your Statutory Rights
This guarantee is offered in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them. If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you normally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Where you ask us to begin providing the service immediately and it is fully performed within that period, that statutory right may not apply, but our own 7-day guarantee above still does. Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable consumer right you have under your local law.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@repurai.com from the address registered to your Repurai account, and include the transaction number shown on your Hotmart receipt. You do not need to give a reason for a request made within the guarantee period. We acknowledge requests within two business days and, where the request is eligible, issue the refund through Hotmart promptly.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are issued through Hotmart back to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or account. Once the refund is initiated, it typically appears on your statement within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. If your original payment was converted from another currency, the amount you receive may differ slightly from the amount charged, because of exchange rate movement between the two dates. That difference is set by your payment provider, not by us.
6. Cancelling Versus Refunding
These are two different actions. Cancelling stops future renewals and leaves your paid access in place until the end of the period you have already paid for; you can do it yourself at any time from Subscription Settings in your dashboard. A refund returns money for a charge already taken and ends paid access to that period immediately, returning the account to the Free plan. If you simply do not want to be billed again, cancel. You do not need to contact us to do it.
7. What Is Not Refundable
We are generally unable to refund:
- Renewal charges where the renewal date has passed and no cancellation was made beforehand, outside the circumstances described in section 2.
- Requests made more than 7 days after the qualifying charge.
- Accounts terminated for a breach of our Terms of Service.
- Repeated refund requests from the same person or payment method, where the pattern indicates misuse of the guarantee.
8. Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong with a payment, please contact us first. We can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute, and within the guarantee period a refund is not something you need to argue for. Raising a chargeback without contacting us starts a formal process with Hotmart that takes considerably longer, and the account concerned may be suspended while the dispute is open.
