1. Agreement to These Terms
Repurai is operated by Khawar Sultan, a sole proprietor trading as Repurai. These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Khawar Sultan, governing your access to and use of the Repurai website, application, and API. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. You can reach us at support@repurai.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that is higher, to use Repurai. By using the service you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and that you are not barred from doing so under any applicable sanctions or trade restrictions.
3. What Repurai Provides
Repurai is a content intelligence and curation platform. It lets you subscribe to sources such as YouTube channels, RSS feeds, newsletters, Reddit, Hacker News, GitHub, Medium, and X, organise them into spaces, read and save items, generate AI summaries of content you follow, build and schedule newsletter campaigns, and access your own data programmatically through our API. Repurai is a software tool: we provide the means to organise and read content, not the content itself.
4. Accounts and Security
You need an account to use most features. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your password and API keys confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at support@repurai.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account where we reasonably believe it has been compromised.
5. Third-Party Content and Sources
Content retrieved through Repurai originates from third-party sources that you choose to follow. We do not own, endorse, or claim any rights in that content, and we do not resell it. Repurai retrieves material through publicly available feeds and interfaces on your instruction and displays it to you within your own account. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any source complies with that source's own terms of service, and for holding any licence or permission that your use of retrieved content requires. AI-generated summaries are derived from source material for your personal reference, may contain inaccuracies, and are not a substitute for the original.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:
- Use Repurai for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable sanctions or export control law.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the service, or share account credentials with people outside your subscription.
- Circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or usage metering, including by operating multiple accounts to exceed a quota.
- Scrape, overload, probe, or disrupt our infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or to another user's data.
- Use the service to distribute malware or spam, or to send newsletter campaigns to recipients who have not agreed to receive them.
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party, or use retrieved content in a way the source does not permit.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the service, except to the extent that this restriction is prohibited by law.
7. Plans, Limits, and Fair Use
Each plan carries published limits on feeds, saved items, AI summaries, newsletter campaigns, and monthly API calls. These are shown on our pricing page and in your dashboard, and are enforced automatically. The Free plan is provided as-is and may be changed or withdrawn. We may apply reasonable technical safeguards to protect service stability for all users.
8. Subscriptions, Fees, and Renewal
Paid plans (Starter, Pro, and Business) are billed in advance on a recurring basis for the billing period shown at checkout. Prices appear on our pricing page and again at checkout, and the total you will be charged, including any applicable sales tax or VAT, is confirmed before you complete your purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel. We may change prices on at least 30 days notice before the change applies to your renewal, and you may cancel before then if you do not accept the new price.
9. Merchant of Record
Our order process, billing, invoicing, and tax collection are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd (Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed through Repurai. Paddle handles enquiries relating to payments, issues invoices and receipts, remits applicable taxes, and processes refunds and chargebacks. Charges may appear on your statement as PADDLE.NET or a similar descriptor. Paddle's own terms and privacy notice apply to the payment relationship.
10. Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, Paddle will attempt to collect again over a short recovery period and may contact you to update your payment method. Your account may be marked past due during this time. If payment is not recovered, your subscription may be cancelled and your account returned to the Free plan. We do not delete your stored content when a subscription lapses, although access to paid features, and to data held above Free plan limits, will be restricted.
11. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from Subscription Settings in your dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not by itself trigger a refund. Your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which your account moves to the Free plan.
12. Refunds
Initial subscription purchases are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory refund or cancellation right you have as a consumer under your local law.
13. Your Content and Intellectual Property
You keep all rights in the content and configuration you add to Repurai. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display that material solely in order to operate the service for you. That licence ends when you delete the material or your account. The Repurai platform itself, including its software, design, documentation, and trademarks, remains our property, and nothing in these terms transfers any right in it to you.
14. Service Availability
We aim to keep Repurai available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may carry out maintenance that temporarily limits access. Third-party sources can change or restrict their feeds at any time, which may affect what Repurai is able to retrieve. We do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on any plan.
15. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Repurai and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, abuses our infrastructure or API, infringes third-party rights, or exposes us to legal risk. Where it is practical and lawful to do so, we will give notice and an opportunity to put the problem right. If we terminate an account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any period you have already paid for.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
Repurai is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that summaries will be accurate, or that any particular source will remain available.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your non-excludable statutory rights as a consumer.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service and the law change. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version. For material changes affecting your rights or your fees, we will give notice by email or in-app before they take effect. Continuing to use Repurai after a change takes effect means that you accept the updated terms.
19. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings there.
20. General
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a transfer of the business. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between us regarding the service.
